Return Policy

Welcome to  iBhejo.com

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or defective product you may return it to us for a full refund or get it replaced with the new one under certain conditions.

Most items purchased from iBhejo.com are returnable within the given duration, except those that are mentioned as ‘not returnable’.

Note: Damaged boxing or packaging will not be considered for refund

Returns

The purchased item (or items) must be returned within 24 Hrs after delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Returns are also considered for products found to be damaged within the packaging and other conditions might vary for returns as per product category. Note for Electronics: Imported electronics from the US are made for 120V and thus require a 120V to 240v converter for smooth functioning in India. In case an electronic item is damaged due to a voltage issue after plugging it in, iBhejo.com is not responsible for the damaged product. Thus, returns and refunds cannot be processed in such scenarios.

Return Process

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. bank account, UPI ID, net banking, etc.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.

Note: For receiving a non-returnable item in a damaged/unsatisfactory condition, you can contact us within 5 working days from the delivery of the product.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by emailing at support@ibhejo.com or get in touch with our customer support at WhatsApp or Call +91 9664422164 at for further assitance. 

Note: In case you receive an item even after cancelling, you can just refuse to accept it. Any amount paid for it will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund

Your order will get cancelled instantly & a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was made in advance.
